These awards are designed to support qualified individuals pursuing education that leads to careers in the real estate field. The Foundation expects that recipients, at some point in their professional lives, will give back to the fund that supported them. This ongoing support will help the scholarship program expand and provide similar opportunities to future students interested in real estate.

Eligibility Overview
Each REEF scholarship has specific eligibility rules. Generally, applicants must be U.S. citizens who are residents of Illinois and enrolled full-time in a program with a focus on real estate. Exceptions include the Rich Port and Roxane Malo scholarships, which are available to applicants who have held an active Illinois real estate license for at least one year.
